Gina LoBello is the Managing Member and Founder of Provider Targeted Marketing, LLC. She is a seasoned marketing and communications expert with a passion for excellence. Gina has more than thirty years combined experience at two of the healthcare industry’s marketing powerhouses, Pfizer, one of the world’s premier biopharmaceutical companies, and Northwell Health, a leading national healthcare system.

Throughout her marketing and communications career, she has demonstrated a unique capability to identify insights of physicians and other healthcare providers.  Anchored in her early career as a respiratory therapist and cardiac catheterization technician, Gina’s empathy and compassion for experiences of patients, physicians and other healthcare providers fuels her drive to consistently achieve high performance objectives that benefit patient care.


She has applied her expertise and developed strategies to meet a wide variety of business goals including product launch, brand awareness and growth, physician engagement and referrals, and operational efficiencies.

Known as a collaborative problem-solver, Gina understands doctors and healthcare systems. She develops performance-focused strategies and innovative solutions that exceed organizational expectations.


At Pfizer for over twenty years, Gina mastered her marketing talents as she launched pharmaceutical products and established brands in both the United States and Europe. Her accomplishments and rapid progression through roles of increasing responsibility at Pfizer spanned the breadth of pharmaceutical marketing and change management. Here, she led large multi-disciplinary teams that:

  • Negotiated product profiles, clinical and regulatory strategies.
  • Commercialized cardiovascular and neuroscience brands that consistently beat financial targets.
  • Transformed US marketing and sales teams with the implementation of an omnichannel CRM digital infrastructure.

Gina significantly expanded her knowledge of physicians, other healthcare providers and patient care when she joined Northwell Health as it began to aggressively build its medical group. At Northwell for over a decade, she led marketing and communications for Northwell Health Physician Partners, now one of the largest medical groups in the United States. Gina is honored to have been part of the leadership team that created Northwell Health Physician Partners’ notable culture. She developed strategies to rebrand its medical group, increase awareness and referrals to physician services and improve Northwell’s US News & World Report Best Hospitals reputation scores. During the COVID-19 pandemic she was privileged to be a member of Northwell Health’s Clinical Advisory Group, a multi-disciplinary team of senior clinical leadership that determined just-in-time clinical decisions and communications strategies to improve the safety and recovery of its organization and community.
